Chidzey Drive was mis-named back in the day. The family that farmed in the area way back when were the Chedzey's. Naturally enough, if I was them, I'd be a bit cheesed that mistake wasn't rectified.

It's all new in this little estate next to Cecil Andrews High School. Underground power, loop streets, modern design. With houses still in their honeymoon period like these, it's too early to tell which houses are being loved and which are being neglected. But is IS easy to tell which owners have personality, DIY skills and flair. At any rate, right now it looks just fine. In another decade though ...

I love the Clifton Hills area, even though it's not 'officially' named so and is just Kelmscott. Much skin was lost from elbows and knees trying to skateboard down Martin St in the 1980s, which is borderline suicidal behaviour when you think back as an adult.
