This is old-school central Armadale. The Sherwood Estate went on sale a very long time ago ... many of the 1930s - 1960s houses are still going strong. As they shift hands to new owners in the future it might prove difficult to hold on to them rather than take the popular route and demolish everything to put four new units or more on these generous blocks.
